Q. I never received the unique link to set up my login information
A. Please check your Spam folder for the unique link to complete your access. If you have canceled your recurring payment BEFORE setting up your login details, your account will be considered INACTIVE instead of ACTIVE and the unique link will not work. Please log into your account before canceling to avoid this issue.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. You may cancel your subscription at any time AFTER you complete your membership login registration by canceling your recurring payment in your PayPal account or the link below if you used a credit card.
If you cancel less than three (3) days prior to the automatic renewal day for your subscription, your subscription will continue as scheduled and your cancellation will take effect in the following period. We DO NOT offer refunds due to the digital nature of our content.
***Please note: if you cancel your membership before you create your login information, you won’t be able to access the membership content. You need to complete registration using the unique link sent via email, create a username and password, and log in. After you complete these steps, you can cancel the recurring payment.
To cancel automatic payments on PayPal, click on the “unsubscribe” yellow button below or go to your account settings, select “financial information,” then click “manage automatic payments.” Find the active payments you want to stop and click “cancel.” You can also update your payment method for certain automatic payments.

Q. How much does the membership cost?

Q. I forgot my password. Can you reset it for me?
A. Go to the Login page and select “Forgot Password” under the login. Please be sure to check your Spam and Promotion folders. If you still need assistance resetting your password, please contact [email protected]
Q. Do you have an affiliate program?
A. Yes! You can sign up to become an affiliate and earn commissions by promoting my products. I provide banners, images, email scripts, and more info in my affiliate portal.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. We DO NOT offer refunds due to the digital nature of our content (the only exception is if you have not logged in during the trial/renewal period).
Q. Is there an email list I can join so I know when new SVGs and printables are added?
A. Yes! Please sign up below to be added to the email list that is related to the product(s) you purchased. You will receive an email whenever new SVGs and printables are added to the members-only area!
Q. Can I use the SVG files in the library for Commercial Use?
You are welcome to use these designs on personal items or physical items for sale in small amounts (less than 100 pieces) as long as you give credit to Simple Made Pretty. Please see details about mass production at the top of the SVG Vault page.
No mass production is allowed unless you purchase the Commercial Use Licence (up to 1000 items).
