Q. I never received the unique link to set up my login information
A. Please check your Spam folder for the unique link to complete your access. If you have canceled your recurring payment BEFORE setting up your login details, your account will be considered INACTIVE instead of ACTIVE and the unique link will not work. Please log into your account before canceling to avoid this issue.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. You may cancel your subscription at any time AFTER you complete your membership login registration by canceling your recurring payment in your PayPal account.
If you cancel less than three (3) days prior to the automatic renewal day for your subscription, your subscription will continue as scheduled and your cancellation will take effect in the following period. We DO NOT offer refunds due to the digital nature of our content.
***Please note: if you cancel your membership before you create your login information, you won’t be able to access the membership content. You need to complete registration using the unique link sent via email, create a username and password, and log in. After you complete these steps, you can cancel the recurring payment in PayPal.
To cancel automatic payments on PayPal, go to your account settings, select “financial information,” then click “manage automatic payments.” Find the active payments you want to stop and click “cancel.” You can also update your payment method for certain automatic payments.
Q. Is there a Simple Made Pretty App?
A. No, there is not app at this time. Help me grow our members and I’ll see what I can do later on!
Q. Can I download videos and watch them offline?
A. No, you cannot download videos and watch them offline. You need access to the internet to access the members-only pages and watch the videos.
Q. Do the videos come with instructions and a supply list?
A. Each video includes detailed instructions given during the video and a supply list is included below each video. Direct links to most supplies used in the video are also included.
Q. How much does the membership cost?
A. Please see our current prices listed on the Join Now page.
Q. I forgot my password. Can you reset it for me?
A. Go to the Login page and select “Forgot Password” under the login. Please be sure to check your Spam and Promotion folders. If you still need assistance resetting your password, please contact [email protected]
Q. Is Closed Captioning available for the videos?
A. Yes! Closed Captioning has been added to all the videos so you can watch with the sound off or have a better understanding of what I’m saying in the videos. Just select the “CC” icon on the video to enable Closed Captioning and you will see captions on the video 🙂
Q. Do you have an affiliate program?
A. Not at this time, but maybe in the future!
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. We DO NOT offer refunds due to the digital nature of our content (the only exception is if you have not logged in during the trial/renewal period).
Q. Is there an email list I can join so I know when new DIY videos are added?
A. Yes! Please sign up below to be added to the list. You will receive an email whenever new content, videos, and printables are added to the members-only area!
Q. Can I use the SVG files in the library for Commercial Use?
You are welcome to use these designs on personal items or physical items for sale in small amounts (less than 100 pieces) as long as you give credit to Simple Made Pretty.
No mass production is allowed unless you purchase the Commercial Use Licence (up to 1000 items).
