PLEASE NOTE: Please do not cancel the recurring payment until AFTER you have completed registering your Simple Made Pretty Membership and have logged in. If you cancel the recurring payments in PayPal before logging in, then your SMP account is automatically set to “Inactive” and you will be unable to log in. If you cancel before logging in, a member of our team will need to manually recreate your account, which will delay your access.

You may cancel your subscription at any time AFTER you complete your membership login registration by canceling your recurring payment in your PayPal account. We DO NOT offer refunds due to the digital nature of our content.

TO CANCEL AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS IN PAYPAL, go to your account settings, select “financial information,” then click “manage automatic payments.” Find the active payments you want to stop and click “cancel.” You can also update your payment method for certain automatic payments.
